About the Role

We are looking for a Junior SCM Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to SAP Business One (SAP B1) and inventory operations. The role will involve supporting day-to-day supply chain and inventory activities, maintaining accurate system records, and coordinating with the relevant teams to ensure smooth movement and availability of materials. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with SAP B1, inventory data and stock-related processes and wants to build their career in Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day SCM and inventory activities.
- Manage and update inventory-related transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory movements.
- Monitor stock receipts, issues and other inventory transactions.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels and material availability.
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding material and inventory requirements.
- Support inventory reconciliation and identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Maintain proper documentation and system records related to inventory and SCM activities.




- Ensure inventory information in SAP B1 is accurate and updated on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory.
- Hands-on inventory experience is mandatory.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
- Good understanding of stock movement and inventory records.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with system-based inventory processes.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who has practical experience working with SAP B1 and inventory operations, understands the importance of accurate stock records, and can coordinate effectively with different teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with inventory data and day-to-day SCM processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
