- Application Processing: Review and evaluate student applications and ensure completeness.
- Counseling Prospective Students: Guide applicants about admission criteria, processes, and program options.
- Communication: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and updated records of applicants and admitted students.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to promote admissions and events.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure the admissions process aligns with institutional policies and regulations.
- Event Management: Organize open houses, campus tours, and orientation programs.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on admissions data, trends, and forecasts for management.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues or queries from students and parents during the admission process.
