About the Role

TeamSuccesso is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify potential e-commerce clients, generate leads, initiate client conversations, and support business growth through effective outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients, including Amazon sellers, D2C brands, startups, and SMEs.
- Generate leads through online research, marketplaces, and prospecting tools.
- Initiate client outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Communicate TeamSuccesso's services and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain lead databases, CRM records, and sales pipeline trackers.
- Coordinate with the Delivery team for proposals,



pitches, and client closures.
- Support social media content and brand communication activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Strong research, data mining, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B sales.
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
