About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about client service, insurance solutions, and business growth. This role combines insurance operations, client servicing, and sales support, offering an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the financial services and wealth management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Operations

- Prepare quotations, product comparisons, KYC, documentation, and disclosures.
- Coordinate policy issuance and maintain policy records.
- Manage policy data entry, document storage, and renewal tracking.
- Prepare operational MIS and reports.

Sales Support

- Follow up on insurance leads and client requirements.
- Prepare client proposals and feature comparisons.
- Coordinate with insurers and clients until policy issuance.
- Manage renewal reminders and follow-up activities.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Support the MD/CEO in business closure activities.

Client Service

- Handle claims assistance, endorsements, reimbursements, and service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.

Compliance & Knowledge

- Conduct needs analysis and suitability documentation.




- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on insurance products, insurer portals, and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in insurance operations, servicing, or sales support.
- Good understanding of life and general insurance products.
- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital applications.
- High level of ownership, accuracy, and customer focus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the wealth management industry.
