Job purpose: Create a confident first impression by managing greetings, reservations, seating flow and guest communication.

Key duties and responsibilities

· Welcome guests promptly, confirm party size and reservation details, and manage the waiting list transparently.

· Maintain the reservation book or system, note preferences and communicate special occasions or accessibility needs.

· Coordinate table availability with Captains and keep seating balanced across sections.

· Provide accurate wait-time estimates and update waiting guests when circumstances change.

· Maintain menus, entrance area, host stand and guest-facing displays in pristine condition.

· Coordinate VIPs, group arrivals, celebrations and special requests with the service team.





· Protect reservation and guest data and follow complaint-escalation procedures.

Qualifications and experience

Hospitality/customer-service qualification or experience preferred; professional telephone etiquette and basic computer skills.

Required skills and attributes

Warm communication, poise, organisation, tact, multilingual ability and composure during busy periods.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
