2. Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete civil construction projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage civil, structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, billing, and cash flow.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings.
- Implement site safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Identify project risks and take corrective actions.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Manage subcontractors and resolve site execution issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, measurements, RA bills, and final billing.




- Coordinate project testing, commissioning, and final handover.

3. Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience may be considered.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is an added advantage.

4. Required Experience

- 2–6 years of experience in civil construction.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a project management or senior project execution role.
- Experience handling large-scale construction projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
