Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Software Developer to independently manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our company's existing software systems and applications.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's software infrastructure, resolving technical issues, implementing software improvements, and providing ongoing technical support.

As an organisation engaged in Solar Energy and EV Charging Infrastructure Development, experience in managing software applications related to business operations, project management, EV charging platforms, and energy management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's existing software applications and systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software errors, bugs, and technical issues.
- Develop, modify, upgrade, and enhance existing software applications.
- Handle database management, data backups, and data security.
- Monitor software performance and ensure smooth system operations.
- Manage API integrations and software connectivity between different platforms.
- Provide technical support for ERP, CRM, website, and other business applications.




- Coordinate with internal departments to understand software requirements and implement suitable solutions.
- Manage server-related activities, software updates, and system maintenance.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in software development and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Good experience in database management (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, debugging, and application maintenance.
- Knowledge of API integration, web applications, and system development.
- Ability to independently manage and maintain existing software systems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP, CRM, and business management software.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Exposure to Solar Energy Management Systems, EV Charging Management Software, and IoT-based applications will be an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible professional capable of independently taking ownership of the company's software development, maintenance, and technical support activities.
