- Assist parents in identifying and selecting suitable schools.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility, and school-related information.
- Manage admission enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents.
- Build trust with parents and provide a smooth counselling experience.
- Work towards monthly admission and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain proper records of parent interactions and lead status.

Candidate Requirements

✅ Excellent spoken Kannada communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Kannada + Hindi/English




✅ Graduate preferred
✅ Freshers can apply; sales or counselling experience will be an advantage
✅ Strong convincing, communication, and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
✅ Ability to handle multiple enquiries efficiently
