Job Summary
Support Kinaxis solution configuration and development activities.
Assist in workbook, worksheet, dashboard, alert, and automation chain creation.
Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and business discussions.
Perform system testing, unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Analyze business requirements and document functional and technical specifications.
Monitor scheduled tasks, data loads, and automation jobs.
Support data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Prepare project documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, ERP, and integration teams.
Provide post go-live and hypercare support.
