Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day sales accounting entries.
- Prepare sales invoices and credit notes.
- Manage sales returns and debit/credit notes.
- Reconcile sales accounts and customer ledgers.
- Maintain accounts receivable and outstanding payment records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Verify sales orders, invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle GST-related sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales records in Tally and Excel.
- Assist in monthly sales reports and account reconciliation.
Requirements:
- 1.5–2 years of experience in sales accounting.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Accuracy in accounting entries and documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
