Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Operations Manager to oversee recruitment, employee administration and HR processes while ensuring smooth workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily HR operations.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Supervise HR activities and prepare management reports.

Requirements

- MBA in HR / relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations.
- Experience in employee management.
- Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
