looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Technical Executive to handle solar installation support, technical troubleshooting, customer complaints and service activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying technical issues, visiting customer sites, explaining solutions to customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support rooftop solar installation, testing and commissioning activities.

- Troubleshoot solar inverters, electrical connections and generation-related issues.

- Handle customer technical complaints through calls, WhatsApp and emails

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
