Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of business loans, personal loans, and unsecured loans.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals and underwriting for new customers to assess their creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit processing.
Job Requirements :
- 6-20 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in credit management or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of business loan, personal loan, unsecured loans, sanction processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
