Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on leads from Meta/Instagram ads, Google, the website, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries, quickly and consistently

Understand each caller's skin, hair or wellness concern and recommend the right consultation or treatment

Book consultations with the doctor and treatment appointments, then send confirmations and reminders

Explain treatments, sessions, pricing, packages, and payment options clearly and honestly

Handle common objections (price, pain, safety, results, time) with empathy and confidence

Follow up with patients who didn't book, missed appointments, or are due for their next session

Upsell and cross-sell packages and session bundles where they genuinely suit the patient

Speak with NRI and premium clients professionally, including over WhatsApp calls and across time zones

Keep every lead, call outcome, and follow-up date updated in the CRM or tracker

Meet daily call, booking, and monthly revenue targets

Share patient feedback and common questions with the clinic team to improve conversions
