Job Responsibilities 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.

- Explain ongoing residential projects, plots and villas.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets and property preferences.
- Generate qualified leads and arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and successful closures.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets. Eligibility &

Positive communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.

Must have a smartphone and stable internet connection.

Laptop is compulsory.

Should be confident, disciplined and target-oriented.

Must be comfortable making 125–150 connected calls daily.

- Previous telecalling or real estate experience is an added advantage.
