Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to generate and qualify prospective customers for our NA plotting projects. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining project offerings and fixing site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.

Introduce the company's NA plotting projects to potential customers.

Understand customer requirements, budget and investment preferences.

Explain basic project details, location, plot sizes, amenities and payment options.

Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements.

Fix appointments and site visits for the sales team.

Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups in CRM/MIS.

Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding hot and qualified leads.





Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Generate referrals and additional leads wherever possible.

Desired Candidate Profile:

0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling/telesales; freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Real-estate telecalling experience will be an advantage.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi will be preferred.

Confident, persuasive and customer-friendly personality.

Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Target-oriented and disciplined.

Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.

KPIs: Calls made, qualified leads, appointments fixed, site visits generated, follow-ups completed and conversions.
