Key Responsibilities: Make collection follow-up calls to customers. Communicate professionally and follow up on pending payments. Learn and explore new strategies to improve calling productivity. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Maintain proper customer records and follow-up schedules. Develop effective communication and negotiation skills to improve collection performance.

Preferred Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Candidates who can speak multiple languages will be given preference. Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Willingness to learn, improve productivity, and achieve targets. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
