job Title: Telecaller Industry: Real Estate Location: Raipur Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable) Experience: 0–2 Years Gender: Male / Female Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain property details, projects, pricing, and available offers to customers. Handle incoming inquiries from prospective buyers.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits. Maintain customer databases and update call records. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
REQUIREMENTS: Positive communication and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
