- Knowledge of Product & Market.
- Automobile and Call center experience
- Analytical Skills & Sound judgement.
- Ability to take quick decisions and be mindful that decision delayed is decision denied.
- Interpersonal and communication skills for inter and Intra company co-ordination, well versed with local Language, knowledge of Computer and basic excel working.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial

- Assess the customers based on customer profile, requirement, and routing to sales team for closures
- Should conduct product and customer's profile match.




- Identify Risk & suggest suitable Mitigants.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to build a healthy and profitable business for bank.

Non-Financial Responsibilities

· Provide quick decision (approve/ suggest/ decline) so that TAT is ensured and always keep a solution-oriented approach towards customer needs.

· Appointment and periodic monitoring of Team working and performance

· Smartly figuring out customer's requirement, routing it to correct person for quick closures

- Should ensure that we reach customer on timely basis and cater his requirement

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

- Ensure team is talking nicely with customer, providing all required details.
- Ensure adherence to KYC / AML screening requirements of the organization.
- Have understanding and knowledge of company's policy.
- Co-ordinate with RCU to ensure adequate sampling and cross verification especially for new channels and executives.
