Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.

Maintain student enquiry records and daily call reports.

Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication.

Share course details through WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Coordinate with the admission team regarding student enquiries.

Maintain a polite and skilled relationship with students and parents.

Required Skills

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of English and Malayalam.

Good telephone etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).

Confidence in handling student enquiries.

Ability to convince and follow up with prospective students.

Qualifications

Minimum Plus Two / Any Degree preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Experience in telecalling or admission counselling is an advantage.
