Role Description The Tele-Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging potential candidates for various client and internal positions. In this role, the Tele-Recruiter will conduct outbound and inbound calls, screen applicants, explain job requirements, and schedule interviews with hiring managers or client representatives.

The position involves maintaining accurate candidate records, following up with applicants, and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.



The Tele-Recruiter will collaborate with the business development and operations teams to understand hiring needs, support timely staffing, and ensure a qualified, respectful candidate experience at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for phone-based outreach, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines using basic sourcing methods, online job platforms, and professional networks.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track candidate status, and meet hiring timelines.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and email tools.
- Customer service mindset with a professional, inclusive, and respectful approach to candidates and clients.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, recruitment, or HR support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet connectivity and the ability to work independently.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
