– Tele Collection Executive Department: Collections & Recovery Designation: Tele Collection Executive Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Job Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding dues.
- Understand customers' payment concerns and provide suitable repayment solutions.
- Explain outstanding amounts, payment deadlines and available payment methods.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Update customer interactions, payment commitments and call remarks in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate disputed or unresolved cases to the concerned department.

Required Skills - Good communication skills in Hindi and English.





- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Patience and confidence while handling customer calls.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, banking, loan collection or recovery will be an advantage.
