We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Telecalling Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to start their careers in telecalling, customer service and communication. The selected candidates will be responsible for making and receiving calls, communicating with customers, explaining products or services, generating leads and maintaining customer records. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance will be provided to selected candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their queries.

- Explain company products, services and offers to customers.

- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.

- Follow up with interested customers through calls.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handling.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.
