Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify student requirements and guide them towards suitable course options based on their academic background and interests.
- Process admission applications, handle queries, and resolve issues related to admissions process.
- Handle inbound calls from students to provide career counseling on various courses offered by our organization.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and productive service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales or telecalling industry (preferably in education sector).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers over phone calls.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
