We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Work-From-Home candidate who is fluent in the Kokborok language to join our team immediately. In this role, you will communicate effectively with our Kokborok-speaking customers, providing prompt assistance and support.

We are looking for immediate joiners who have their own remote work setup ready.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in the Kokborok language.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions where required.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Language Proficiency:



Fluency in speaking Kokborok (and a working knowledge of English/Bengali or Hindi as applicable).
- Work Setup (Must Have):
- Own personal laptop/computer.
- Own USB headset (good quality with a microphone).
- Stable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
- Availability: Immediate joiner who can start right away.
