Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company services and travel packages to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads and customer details.
- Convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or customer handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to convince customers and handle enquiries professionally.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
