Telecaller Executive Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience (BPO experience preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: In office About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to connect with customers, share relevant information, and support business objectives. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience, including BPO experience, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries as required.

- Explain the company’s products or services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs, answer basic questions, and share accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records in the system.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and quality targets.




- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team and follow company processes.

Requirements • Good communication skills and a polite, confident telephone manner.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain straightforward records.
- Willingness to learn, handle calls, and work toward targets.
- Freshers may apply; 0–1 year of telecalling or BPOexperience is an advantage.
- Ability to work from the Noida office.
