Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers on behalf of HDFC Life Insurance.
- Introduce HDFC Life Insurance products and explain policy features, benefits, premium details and coverage.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in life insurance policies.
- Follow up with interested customers and guide them through the next steps of the insurance process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Schedule appointments or connect interested customers with the concerned sales team.
- Maintain customer information, calling records and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned daily calling targets and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Ensure all calls are made as per company-approved scripts and calling guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
