Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling Connection Detailing: Design and detail complex structural steel systems (industrial buildings, pipe racks, platforms, and miscellaneous steel) using Tekla Structures, ensuring compliance with AISC codes and engineering connections.

Shop Erection Drawing Production: Extract accurate, high-quality shop fabrication drawings, assembly sheets, single-part details, and field erection plans.

BOM CNC Data Generation: Generate comprehensive Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), bolt lists, and NC/DXF files for automated CNC machinery.

Clash Detection Quality Control: Conduct thorough internal clash checks (steel-to-steel, geometry, and clearance verification) to resolve constructability conflicts before release.

RFI Revision Management:



Track project revisions, implement engineer/architect markups, and draft qualified Requests for Information (RFIs) for client coordination.
