Functional & Consulting Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering workshops and business process discovery sessions.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Design Lead-to-Cash, Chance Management, Quote-to-Order, Case Management, SLA, Knowledge Base, Queue, Entitlements, and Omnichannel solutions.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend standard platform capabilities before customisation.
- Drive UAT sessions, user training, and change management activities.

Solution Design & Delivery

- Design end-to-end CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for solution implementation.
- Review solution architecture and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices.




- Lead multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Power Platform Responsibilities

- Design and implement Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Build business process automation using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Design Data verse data models, security roles, business rules, and business process flows.
- Create dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI.
- Evaluate and implement Copilot and AI-enabled capabilities where applicable.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Mentor functional consultants, developers, and junior team members.
- Conduct solution reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in estimation, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities.
- Support hiring and technical assessments of CRM and Power Platform candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams.
