We are looking for passionate and skilled Technical Trainers with knowledge of Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) to join our training team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, good communication skills, and an interest in mentoring students and aspiring professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on Java programming and Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Explain programming concepts through practical examples and hands-on exercises.
- Prepare and deliver structured training materials and assignments.
- Guide students in coding practices, problem-solving, and logical thinking.
- Conduct coding assessments, mock tests, and evaluate student performance.
- Clarify students' technical doubts and provide individual guidance.




- Support students in developing their programming and technical skills.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Java programming.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Basic problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Eligibility

- Freshers with strong programming knowledge and a passion for teaching can apply.
- Experienced candidates with relevant technical training or development experience are welcome.
- Candidates with a Computer Science / IT background are preferred.
