Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, printers, and other peripherals.
Set up and manage LAN, WAN, and other network configurations including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform regular system and network monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware and network resources.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues on time.
Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, antivirus, access controls) to protect the organization’s network.
Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and ensure timely upgrades or replacements.
Assist in data backup and recovery operations.
Provide technical support to users and respond to service requests or tickets.
Document network configurations, systems procedures, and update IT logs and manuals.
Requirements
Graduate.
Must have robust knowledge of networking, hardware.
