We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Technical Recruiters and a Recruitment Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment, technical candidate screening, and hiring for Data Analytics and Engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions.
- Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidates' technical skills and suitability.
- Handle recruitment for Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and related technical positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, skilled networks, and referrals.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and recruitment targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end IT/Technical hiring.
- Ability to technically screen and evaluate candidates independently.
- Hands-on experience hiring for Data Analytics and Engineering roles.
- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from reputed Data Analytics / Engineering companies or reputed Recruitment Consulting firms will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate joiners only.
Work Location & Work Mode
- Pune: 5 Days Work From Office.
- Noida: 3 Days Work From Office.
Compensation
- Technical Recruiters: Up to 12 LPA.
- Recruitment Manager: Up to 20 LPA.
Employment Terms
- Initial 6-month contractual engagement.
- Opportunity for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business requirements.
