Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for Full-Time and W2 requirements.
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and communication abilities.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients, and follow up on interview feedback.
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage multiple requirements and meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working on Full-Time and W2 requirements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
