Responsibilities

- Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.

- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, communication, availability, work authorization, and interest.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers or clients.

- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

- Ensure timely submissions of qualified candidates to clients.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.





- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.

- Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, SAP, Cloud, QA, DevOps, and other technical skills is an advantage.

- Ability to understand job descriptions and identify matching candidate profiles.

- Robust sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and a target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- 0–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

- Graduates from any discipline are eligible.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
