ABOUT THE ROLE

F5 Global Talent is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized construction, engineering, BIM, architecture and IT roles.

You’ll recruit positions ranging from Civil and Structural Engineers, Estimators and MEP Engineers to BIM professionals, architects, designers and technical software roles.

This is a specialist recruiting role. You need to understand the difference between closely related technical positions and evaluate whether candidates have the actual project experience required.

Remote, full-time role based in India.

IMPORTANT

You must have proven experience recruiting for construction and engineering roles .

If your background is primarily general, non-technical, volume or IT-only recruiting, this role is not the right fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently
- Understand technical requirements for each position
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networks and Boolean search
- Recruit Civil, Structural, MEP, construction, architecture, BIM and technical IT professionals
- Review resumes and evaluate candidates’ actual project experience
- Conduct detailed screening interviews
- Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and candidates through the offer stage




- Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain accurate ATS and recruitment records
- Manage multiple open positions and placement targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience
- Proven construction and engineering recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting across Civil, Mechanical, MEP, Architecture, BIM or related disciplines
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
- Ability to assess technical resumes and project experience
- Understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and SketchUp
- Robust interviewing and candidate-screening skills
- ATS and pipeline-management experience
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to manage multiple specialized openings simultaneously

- Experience recruiting for U.S. construction or engineering companies
- Experience with offshore or remote hiring
- Familiarity with U.S. AEC talent markets
- Experience recruiting IT or software professionals
- Experience filling recurring and difficult technical positions
