Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in IT, including strong expertise in managing end-to-end software development projects. The candidate should have a solid technical background in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies such as Angular or React, along with excellent project delivery and team management capabilities.

Automobile domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage and coordinate development teams comprising Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React developers, QA, and DevOps engineers.
- Drive project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery management.
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.




- Collaborate with technical architects and development leads on solution design and implementation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve escalations.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery objectives.
- Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior management and clients.
- Drive process improvements and ensure effective team collaboration.

Mandatory Skills

- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in Technical Project Management and software development delivery.
- Valuable technical understanding or prior development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience managing projects involving Angular and/or React.
- Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and SDLC.
