The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and control of hospital stores, ensuring the timely availability of medicines, medical consumables, surgical supplies, housekeeping materials, stationery, and other hospital requirements.

The role involves maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring proper storage, monitoring stock movement, preventing wastage and expiry, and ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations through effective inventory management.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hospital stores.
- Maintain accurate stock records for medicines, medical consumables, surgical items, and general supplies.
- Ensure minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement.
- Review departmental purchase requests and verify stock availability before raising purchase requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries, shortages, replacements, and quality issues.




- Supervise the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines, medical supplies, and other materials.
- Ensure timely distribution of materials to all hospital departments.
- Verify and authorize material requisitions as per hospital policy.

Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.

- Ensure all inward and outward transactions are entered into the hospital ERP/software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Supervise and allocate duties to store assistants and storekeepers.
- Train staff on inventory procedures and store management practices.

Hospital experience is mandatory.

Experience Required: 7+ years

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
