About the role
We are looking for a curious, proactive graduate who wants to understand how a business operates and grows. This is not a traditional HR or administrative position. You will work closely with the management team and gain exposure to business development, market research, AI tools, operations and recruitment. We will train you on our systems, processes and AI tools. In return, we expect you to think independently, research on your own and bring recent ideas.

What you will do

- Research the Salesforce, HubSpot, AI and technology consulting industry, including competitors, trends and opportunities
- Research potential clients, companies and decision-makers, and support the management team in finding new business opportunities
- Monitor AI-powered lead-generation and outreach workflows, track results and suggest improvements
- Use Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools daily to research, summarise and automate repetitive work
- Support candidate sourcing,



screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave tracking
- Assist with invoices, expense tracking, subscriptions and internal trackers and reports
- Follow up with teams and take ownership of assigned operational tasks

Who you are

- A graduate in any discipline (freshers encouraged, 0-1 year experience welcome)
- Naturally curious, and able to research and find answers independently
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Logical, organised and dependable, with good written and spoken English
- Someone who takes ownership of tasks instead of only reporting progress

This role may not suit you if you only want a traditional HR or admin job, prefer step-by-step instructions for every task, or want purely repetitive work.
