Role: Manage and supervise on-site construction, coordinating teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time, and to quality and safety standards.
Key Duties:
- Supervise daily site activities and labour teams
- Read drawings, BOQs, and specifications
- Track progress, materials, and schedules
- Ensure quality control and site safety
- Handle measurements and verification
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of site experience with team management
- Solid leadership and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
