Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Travel Consultant - Executive to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will craft tailor-made travel plans, manage end-to-end arrangements (flights, hotels, transport, and activities), and deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
What You'll Do
- Design Itineraries: Advise clients on destinations and build customized travel plans for leisure and corporate trips.
- Manage Reservations: Handle end-to-end bookings for flights, accommodations, transport, and activities accurately and efficiently.
- Provide Support: Assist with documentation, visa requirements,
and handle inquiries or issues with a prompt, problem-solving mindset.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong, professional communication to uphold our high service standards and 4.9-star reputation.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred MBA Tourism Hospitality.
- Prior hands-on experience in a travel agency or travel operations role.
- Strong expertise in travel consulting, itinerary planning, and reservations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior exposure to corporate travel, MICE, or leisure planning is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple inquiries seamlessly.
