Role Description The Technical Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role oversees daily technical operations, ensuring that systems, tools, and platforms used for client management and application processing run smoothly and securely.

The Technical Operations

Manager coordinates technical support activities, manages troubleshooting workflows, and collaborates with consultants to resolve system or process issues that affect client service.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to improve efficiency, implementing process enhancements,



and maintaining documentation for technical procedures. The role also involves working closely with customer service teams to support timely resolution of client-related technical issues and to uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including experience coordinating technical processes and improving workflow efficiency.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational and technical improvements.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system or application issues.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on supporting internal teams and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Experience managing technical operations in a service-oriented or consulting environment, preferably in immigration or related domains.
- Familiarity with CRM or case management systems and basic understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and data integrity.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business operations, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
