Role Description The Team Manager at SEOAK will oversee daily operations of training and mentoring teams, ensuring delivery of high-quality, industry-relevant IT education. This full time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves coordinating schedules, managing team performance, and aligning training outcomes with organizational goals.

The Team

Manager will collaborate with mentors, trainers, and support staff to optimize learner experience, resolve operational issues, and maintain consistent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, implementing process improvements,



and supporting strategic initiatives related to student success and placement. The role also requires regular reporting to leadership, fostering a collaborative work environment, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of SEOAK’s programs.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills, including performance monitoring, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and operational management abilities, with experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with mentors, trainers, and leadership.
- Background or familiarity with Information Technology or education/training environments, preferably in an ed-tech or corporate training setting.
- Analytical skills for tracking metrics, preparing reports, and using data to inform decisions and improve team outcomes.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., productivity suites, project management platforms, communication tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, information technology, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, maintain a learner-centric approach, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technology and training landscape.
