About the Role

Lomnith Capital Solution India Private Limited is looking for a team leader to manage the DSA team and support business growth through loan products. The candidate should have experience in DSA and loan handling, good knowledge of loan products, and the ability to guide the team in achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage the DSA team.
- Manage Home Loan (HL), Business Loan (BL), Personal Loan (PL), and other loan products.
- Generate business through DSA channels.
- Guide and support the team in achieving monthly targets.




- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs.
- Monitor team performance and maintain daily reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of DSA and loan handling experience.
- Good knowledge of loan products.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Ability to guide team members and monitor performance.
