Process: International Retail Banking – Chat Support

CTC: 25 to 30 % Hike on last CTC Max Up to 8.5 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Team Leaders with a strong background in International Retail Banking Chat Support. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 1+ year of on-paper Team Leader experience in handling international banking chat operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of chat support associates handling international retail banking customer queries.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of defined KPIs, SLAs, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle complex customer escalations related to banking products,



account services, transactions, and other retail banking queries.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, feedback sessions, and team huddles to improve individual and overall team performance.
- Ensure effective management of chat operations, including response time, resolution time, chat handling efficiency, and quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of overall experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of on-paper Team Leader experience – Mandatory.
- Relevant experience in International Retail Banking.
- Mandatory experience in International Banking Chat Support.
- Immediate joiners to 15 days' notice period preferred.
