Role Description This is a full-time remote Team Lead role responsible for overseeing digital marketing projects, coordinating execution, and ensuring measurable results for clients.

The Team

Lead will manage and mentor a small cross-functional team, assign tasks, review deliverables, and maintain high standards for strategy, performance, and communication. The role includes collaborating with founders and clients to clarify goals, design tailored marketing plans, and monitor campaign performance across channels such as Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and YouTube.

The Team

Lead will analyze data, prepare progress reports, recommend optimizations, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.



This position requires proactive problem-solving, structured planning, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing, with experience across channels such as Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and YouTube.
- Candidates should possess leadership and people management skills, including team coordination, task prioritization, mentoring, and performance review.
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including planning, workflow management, stakeholder communication, and deadline ownership.
- Candidates should possess analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to track KPIs, generate insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, internal collaboration, and documentation.
- Relevant experience in a digital agency or performance marketing workplace is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in a remote-first setup, with reliable connectivity, self-management, and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., project management and communication platforms).
