CAREER OPPORTUNITY | SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Aspire Solution, a North India-based company representing leading engineering MNCs such as Endress+Hauser, Flowserve, Ingersoll Rand, Alfa Laval and Forbes Marshall, has an annual turnover of approximately ₹20 Crore. We are expanding our business with Godrej Interio and Godrej Storage Solutions.

As part of our growth vision to achieve ₹50 Crore turnover by 2030, we invite applications for the following position.

Position: Sales Support Executive

Experience: 0–5 years
Location: Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Sales Engineers in preparing quotations, offers and commercial proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases, leads and opportunities in CRM.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for customer follow-ups and order processing.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech. / Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Working knowledge of CRM or lead-management software.
- Good command of MS Office,



particularly Word and Excel.
- Well-organised, confident, proactive and professionally presentable.
- Valuable customer communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and accept responsibility.
- Experience in sales coordination or customer support will be an advantage.

Freshers with excellent communication skills, CRM knowledge and the right aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
