We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and fashion-forward Fashion Consultant / Senior Fashion Consultant to join our luxury bridal couture showroom.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine passion for Indian bridal fashion, a robust understanding of luxury styling, and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customers' preferences, wedding requirements, personal style, and styling expectations to provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist clients in selecting luxury bridal lehengas and occasion wear based on body type, personality, and event requirements.
- Demonstrate robust knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, craftsmanship, silhouettes, colour combinations, and design details.
- Provide end-to-end styling solutions, including outfit selection, jewellery coordination, accessories, and complete bridal looks.
- Deliver a premium, personalized, and memorable shopping experience to every customer.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals through excellent service.
- Handle customer queries, product presentations, and sales conversations with confidence and professionalism.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Stay updated with evolving bridal trends, designer collections, and luxury fashion developments.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure a polished,



welcoming retail environment.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–10 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably in bridal wear, designer ethnic wear, or couture.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Indian bridal fashion, lehengas, fabrics, embroidery, and styling.
- Experience in handling premium and high-net-worth clientele will be an advantage.
- Strong customer engagement, relationship-building, and sales skills.
- A confident, presentable, enthusiastic, and professional personality.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into personalized styling recommendations.
- A target-oriented mindset with a passion for fashion and customer satisfaction.
