We're hiring an organized, detail-focused back-office executive to manage quotations, billing and credit follow-up across our Security, Interio and Storage business lines.

What you'll do:

- Prepare accurate quotations and GST-compliant invoices for clients
- Track all outstanding payments and follow up firmly but politely to keep dues on time
- Maintain organized records across three business verticals
- Support the owner with day-to-day administrative coordination

What we're looking for:

- B.Com or equivalent, with 1–3 years in billing/accounts/credit control
- Solid Excel skills and familiarity with Tally or similar software
- Comfortable making follow-up calls on overdue payments
- Organized, accurate, and trustworthy with financial data
