Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Client Coordination: Work with client companies to understand hiring needs and job descriptions.
Interview Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Database Management: Maintain candidate records, update vacancy details, and track recruitment progress.
Communication: Handle WhatsApp/phone/email communication with candidates and clients (as seen in your portal’s WhatsApp integration).
Follow-ups: Ensure timely updates to candidates and clients regarding interview outcomes and next steps.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
